Service Overview
The Urban Development Department manages pristine multi-purpose community halls, athletic fields, and indoor auditoriums to serve sports, social functions, and local community gatherings.
This service allows citizens and sports associations to verify real-time calendar availability, submit block details, select event setups, and pay venue booking rentals online.
Reservation Terms
Event reservations must be completed at least 7 days prior to the desired date. Sound level limitations are strictly enforced according to local zone decibel laws.
Application Process
Check Availability
Filter municipal venues by town, select date slots, and inspect real-time digital calendar grids.
Fill Event Outline
Specify total guest counts, electrical load requirements, and catering/cleanup needs.
Pay Venue Rental
Submit the standard rental booking charges and security deposits using the payment gateway.
Download Booking Pass
Receive the digital booking allocation pass with entry barcode for local site caretakers.
Required Documents
- Applicant Identity confirmation (PAN Card, Aadhaar, or Passport)
- Local address validation (voter card or current property receipt)
- Undertaking to comply with environment, noise, and plastic-free guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to resident citizens of BTC, sports federations, and licensed event managers
- The applicant must not have historically violated civic venue codes or caused damage
