Service Overview
Empowered by the Swachh Bodoland Mission, we operate structured daily door-to-door garbage collection, source segregation campaigns, localized composting plants, and commercial debris clearing.
Citizens and business owners use this portal to register missed trash collection reports, request specialized bulk waste trucks, log roadside garbage accumulations, or order organic fertilizers from composting units.
Segregation Mandate
Residents must mandatory segregate wet (green bin) and dry (blue bin) trash. Disposal of untreated hazardous or hospital scrap in domestic bins attracts immediate code penalties.
Application Process
Log Ticket / Request
Select the query class (e.g., bin request, litter spot report, commercial transit) and provide details.
Crew Mapping
The software identifies the nearest Swachh Bharat vehicle route and routes the ticket to the driver.
Site Action
Sanitation workers visit the noted location to sweep, clear trash, and treat with organic sanitizers.
Status Photo Close
Workers upload site clearance photos to close the ticket and prompt text updates to citizens.
